Plc has limited liability this means if the business goes bust it only loses what it is invested in the business

The different between tesco and thorpe park aims, objectives, ownership and purpose?

Greenford high and Tesco have very different aims as Tesco main aim is to make as much profit as possible whereas Greenford high main aim is to provide the best education as possible and achieve best exam results. Also Tesco aim is to survive by making maximum sales whereas in contract Greenford high school try to do better than last year to make their image better not for survive reasons but both business aim is to provide a charitable services for Tesco they want to do it to keep customers by giving them a club card and etc whereas Greenford high school want to provide a charitable service to share ideas as Greenford high let other school from the area and around the world to come and see how education is done at Greenford high.
Also Greenford high school and Tesco have different objectives Tesco objective is to provide new products and services this achieve there aim of making as much profit as possible they do this by introducing new products and services this will attract new customers and give old customer something new whereas Greenford high school objective is to improve quality then last year this meets their aim of achieving best exam results by fixing where they want wrong last year and to give teacher new goals to achieve. Both business have one same objective of achieving more then there competitors for Tesco they want to make more profit in this very competitively market whereas Greenford high school want to get best exam results in the area.
Tesco ownership is public limited company (plc) this where the company sells it shares on the stock market this good for the business as it get more investment into the business whereas Greenford high is a private limited company (Ltd) in this ownership you cannot sell share on stock market but as Greenford high is not a business set up to make profit this is the best ownership for it. A LTD has limited liability this means if the business goes bust it only lose what it is invested in the business whereas a Plc also have limited liability.

Oxfam turn over depends on the donation they get for example how much people donate to them or how many item they get and there values. Oxfam profit also depends on their donations. Oxfam have 600 branches in the UK. Oxfam is classed as a large business as it is spread across the UK.

Oxfam is based national as it is spread across the UK but it work global as it help people all around the world in less developed countries.

Oxfam is in the tertiary sector, in the tertiary sector you provide a service, as Oxfam is providing people in need with help such as clean water and food etc by selling stuff like clothing etc and also by collecting donations.
